3. Inspection & Condition

  • Buyers are encouraged to inspect units prior to purchase.
  • Equipment is sold “As-Is, Where-Is” unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • TJT Corporation guarantees that all units have passed initial inspection and meet general operational standards at the time of sale.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is available nationwide and may be subject to additional fees.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and vehicle type.
  • TJT Corporation is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, transport restrictions).

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Unless explicitly stated, used machinery is sold without warranty.
  • TJT Corporation shall not be held liable for damages or losses resulting from improper use or third-party modifications after purchase.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Down payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations after full payment will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and may be subject to restocking or cancellation fees.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data is handled with confidentiality and used solely for business communication and transaction purposes.
  • We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
